We don't get points for asking questions. You lose 5, gain back 3 if you resolve the question. So it costs either 5 or 2 points. The points are only for amusement anyway, they don't actually do anything.

It will cost you 5 point to ask a question and if you pick a best answer you get 3 points back.

you get -5 points for asking a question so you lose them and don't get to do anything with them :o(

If you get a certain number of points, you like move up a "level" or something...... Click on "My Q&A" in the upper right part of the screen, and on the left it'll tell you how many pts. you have, what "level" you are, and how many more pts. you need for a new level!!! hope i helped? ;) :)
