Is that all you use to go on when judging someone?

I hate being told I'm good looking. I look in the mirror and I don't see it. I see me. With all my faults. I think beauty comes from within as corny as it sounds. Let me tell you all something, being eye candy sucks in my experience. The ones you attract are usually superficial and the ones you want to get to know are put off because they can't see past the package. I spent alot of lonely times chasing off the ladies before the gay guys would even consider me. And now that I have someone and have for 20 years I sometimes wonder what it would be like not to be me and relive my life. Would I have gotten more action, would I be better off if I wasn't me.

It goes like this for me. I do not judge a book by its cover, what maybe inside could be profoundly life changing in a most rewarding way. Meaning in simple terms, the beauty of any person is found within.

I have a bunch of different 'types' but I do make exceptions if I really get along with the person. I can't plan a wedding with someone I'm not physically attracted to, but a lot of the time, I can become physically attracted after connecting with them on a deeper level. ....at the risk of sounding like Dr. Phil... XD;;

In order of importance:
1. Ability to make me laugh.
2. Ability to laugh at me.
3. Ability to laugh at each other.....to the "I'm gonna pee myself" point.
4.Ability to giggle our way through the mutual insomniac times.
(nobody else would laugh at this stuff....)
5. Reaction to jokes I find hilarious.

Looks don't even rank....
it is all about laughter!

I would leave George Clooney for Heywood Banks!
(if I wasn't already married to a mega-joker!!!)

Good looks will get an initial notice..... but after that it has more to do with the person and who they are...... In the long run, looks will fade and the personality will live on....... I'll go for the long shot.

Lol, something I'm passionate about...

It all depends on what you define as "good". I refuse to judge people on things so shallow as their choice in style, but rather, promote diversity and individuality.

Peace.

I always go for the best looking woman I can attract. That has provided for some variety. My only hard and fast standard is I won't date a woman with a bigger butt than mine.
