It is a connection speed problem, wireless is not always fast enough for the cam, also you should close any programs running in the background except firewalls and virus stuff. This will help your pc be faster

If it is just your camera that is freezing up then it might be that your camera is screwed up, but if your whole comp freezes up then the wireless connection might be interfering with the camera. Also if your laptop doesn't have enough memory it would freeze up because of the information overload.

Its probably because your wireless connection is slow.
