It really isn't as hard as you think. If you have difficulty, practice by walking around your house in them. Don't go down the stairs when you first start practicing! That's a big mistake that you wouldn't want to make. Once you get the hang of it, even if you're still slow, try focusing on something ahead of you when you walk. Don't look down at your feet, one you'll look funny, and two you have a greater chance of tripping. Practice makes perfect and repetition is the mother of skill. Just try it, and it will probably be a lot easier than you think!

Get a pair of foot pads for the toe half of the shoe.. the weight of your body will fall on the pad of your foot and toes, with a heel that high. Now if you can find an exercise for ankles for skiiers.. that should help you keep your feet in the shoes. If you can't find any ski exercise then walk around everyday in the shoes you Must wear. or get another pair with similar heels to practice in. and most importantly .. get some good health insurance.. sooner or later.. you're gonna get hurt.

Don't think about the height of the shoes just think of them as regular heels and practice!! You will be walking/dancing like a pro in them in no time!

Practise!!! I wear all new shoes round the house for a week at least before i wear them out. Plus it lets you know where the bilisters will happen (if they do) that way you can put 'blister blocks' on and have happy feet. With no corns etc yukky!

Try walking in them at home first. Once you have gotten the hang of it try going to the mall and walking around for about two hours in them and then you will know.

Don't take this the wrong way....I DON'T wear women's shoes and never have :)
Same as getting good at anything else, just do it often and keep at it every day until you don't have to think about it anymore.
