Is there any other way BESIDES surgery to get smaller breasts? I heard of a girl who used some kind of avon cream that decreased their size... does that really exsist?
How safe/unsafe is surgery?

Losing weight is your only other option, assuming that you have weight to lose. As with any kind of surgery, there are risks but as long as you are healthy, go to a good surgeon and don't smoke then those risks are minimal and the benefit far outweighs the risk. If you are experiencing chronic back pain and have trouble with physical activity then you should consider it. Good luck I wish I had breast to spare! LOL

No cream can shrink large breasts - losing weight can help.
Every reduction surgery I have seen looks good. A good surgeon is not going to take too much tissue, making it safe.

Cream...no way. Cause if there was then I would want some. Creams for anything except for acne don't work!! Surgery is the really only way.

I don't think you should want a breast reduction so badly.
My mom says that as a teen she always said she wanted a breast reduction. Now? She's practically flat-chested. And I, her 13 year old daughter, pass my old bras down to her.

aren't you a guy? well yah there's some type of creams to reduce them but it won't be noticeable trust me!!!
