AH! I just joined in basketball for my school in November of 2006. I went until February. The season ended. Now am doing Softball for the school. My knee has been hurting since probably December. I fell on it once, but I have a high tolerance of pain. I don't bruise very easily. Argh! Please Help!

You could try talking to your doctor, maybe they could give you a proper look over and tell you what's wrong.

Make sure your coach is aware. If you have a trainer or physical therapist that works with your team, that would be a good option.

You may simply need some special exercises to strengthen the muscles that stabilize your knee. Get some help in finding out what exercises are best for you.

It's probably the onset of a sport-related injury. Wear a brace or wrap it before you play. Get on it now.. you never know what kind of shape you'll be in later in life if you don't take care of your joints.

you can ask a doctor if its that bad and wear a knee brace when you play
