That's pretty funny. Seriously though, the reason they passed a non-binding resolution today is so they can give the president enough rope to hang himself.
What the Democrats are doing is saying, "This is Bush's war, not our war".
It is a win, win situation, for the democrats anyway.

It just shows how big of cowards they are. If they were half as gutsy as they think they are the traitors would have made it binding,and withdrew money.
