THEY LIE, OVERBILL, CUSTOMER SERVICES IS WORTHLESS AND POORLY TRAINED; NOTHING THEY PROMISE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS IS ACTUALLY DONE AND THE NEXT TIME YOU CALL THE PROMISE THE PREVIOUS "SUPERVISOR" MADE TO YOU IS WORTHLESS. YOU WASTE HOURS OF YOUR LIFE TRYING TO REACH THEM. WHO MONITORS THESE THIEVES?

there are several reasons they get away with this.
first one is that every company does the same thing. you'll tell me that you have friends that have other services and everything is fine...that's only because they haven't realized their problems yet or maybe the problems haven't yet happened.
the "acceptable level of customer service" has become so incredibly low just over the last 6 or so years. there are not strict criteria to meet, extensive training or any compensation plan that would make someone who would be great want to even work for them.
another reason that they get away with this is because people who say "i'm taking you to court if blah blah blah" don't actually realize that what these companies do is walk the very thin line that their highly overprices lawyers explain to them is safe to walk. they can overcharge until they run out of ways to justify it.
the main thing though is people that are working for these places. when someone puts you on hold for a supervisor, you don't know if they're getting their friend next to them to take the call for them because they know that what they said was wrong...their friend, of course, knows not to note the account since whatever they told you they would do, is something that they can't actually approve. nothing can happen to those thieves because they're not exactly thieving...especially compared to their competition (who they wouldn't actually be in competition with if they weren't doing the same things). i wrote all of this because there can't be a better answer and these kinds of questions get me because i'm probably the one person in my cell phone company that actually cares to help people.

Totally agree, i had to cancell my contract with them even do i have to pay the fee, but i just want to be free of these scavengers, they charge even fractions of seconds and the service is pure crab. I said go prepaid better!

Talk to the PUC or the FCC. Explain your problems and they will certainly help you. Go through the proper channels first.

The government should keep their nose out of it. If you have a problem - drop them. Isn't it wonderful having competition.

I don't know. I used to sell sprint and can tell you that they are the biggest crooks in the business.
