Anything you are going to use is going to be expensive. Some same it is a Vitamin B deficiency, but I don't know how true that is. The good news is, they are working on a laser treatment that is supposed to stop thinning hair, but it is not out yet. I'm sure it will be expensive too though. I guess you have to decide whether it's worth the money, or if you shoud just shave your head.

you can buy a cactus called aloe vera and simply squeeze the water substance out of it and not only will u have hair but u'll have thick strong hair. a guy used it and he was balled and now he has hair. try it it will work guranteed
