When my friends and I had sleepovers sometimes we held dance contests. You put the girls into small groups or pairs and they each go to separate rooms to pick a song and work on a routine for awhile. Some even dressed up all goofy for it. It's ideal if you have a panel of judges who don't participate in the contest, but you'd have to have A LOT of girls over for that. Then you all come out to the family room or wherever and show off your new dances. Good times.
Another thing we did was have "blind" makeovers. You pair up with another girl and each take turns giving the other a "makeover," but the idea is to make it as hideous as possible... think clown faces. No one is allowed to look in a mirror until everyone has finished and you've all seen each other faces. It's pretty hilarious. Have a camera handy if you try that one.

Watch a movie, play a board game, dance to some good music, polish each others nails, talk about what's the funniest thing that has ever happened to you, order some pizza!

If you're below the age of 21 like i assume, try getting as much caffiene as possible in you..coffee, coke, mountain dew, whatev ( but a lot of it),.....and just get absolutely doofy off of it. Used to do it back in the day with my pals, its terribly fun as long as you don't piss off the parental supervision.
