Dude, don't worry about your penis size. You are only twelve (12) and you have atleast another 6 - 8 years of growing left. But it should be anywhere from three (3) to four (4) inches.

At 12, even if it's just 2 or 3 inches hard it is no reason to be worried about it. You're just starting to develop! (trust me)
Eventually as an adult anything between 4 and 8 inches erect/hard is the "norm".

at twelve, your penis should be the size of your index finger. First the pubic hair comes, and then sexual maturity. Your penis is just beginning to grow. It will keep growing until you are 21 or 22, just like the rest of your body. You are way to young to worry about size. Just keep exporing your body.
