if you did something right you would be innocent and free with no worries, but not be popular, but if you did something wrong you would be granted 100,000,000$ but have the risk of jail for life with, no bail what would you do?

I'd choose to be innocent and free with no worries. Even if I was not popular. I could freely breathe, and sleep well every night.

Life is too short to have lots of money but risk jail for life with no bail.

Depends on what the chance is of me getting the life in prison vs the 100 million dollars. I'd probably choose the first option just to be on the safe side though. "No worries" sounds pretty nice.
