Is it time to write a new constitution? Is it time to take a slightly more socialistic approach to government? Have we realized that it is time to get rid of our expansionalist views and learn to live together? We are a nation divided beyond what can stand.

No we have a good constitution .We just need to abide by it .Corrupt politicians and judges have violated it and distorted the meanings of it ,to the point that we have the same kind of government our founding fathers fought to free us from . It was written for the benefit of all men not just the rich and was to keep government inside limits to serve the people .Not the people slaves to government as it is today .It only took 200 years of greed and corruption by our political leaders to destroy it .It is useless if government can violate it with out reguard and you can not hold your elected officials accountable for their actions

I am against a new constitution , or adding to and or taking away from it....I love the freedom to say fk you to anyone that pisses me off , do not take it for granted my friend some countries if you say fk the government you would disappear rather swiftly , if we were all united and forced to agree who would we fuss with I am a republican I enjoy fussing at the dems..as do the dems enjoy fussing at me ..but as a volunteer firefighter I do not see that deep down we are divided literally , when I am called to help ,I do not ask if the are dem or repub. nor do I ask if they are legal or illegal we are united with the freedom to argue our differences in opinion , in an adult or childish non violent fashion ...so indeed we are United (and we love to argue) it helps pass the time on Yahoo.........we all , (on both sides) feel strong on what we think is best for this country and , will argue our views to the grave .. I thank God we have a country that gives us the freedom to be able to just pitch a fit all day long against the opposing side of my beliefs

No, we do not need a new America. We have better than the rest and Bush is trying to save it for us. Can not say what will happen in 2008, lot of them want to trade it for communist country, be careful who you vote for.

I think we need more rules that apply to our lifestyles. We need to accept everyone as they are, and together take action against global warming, otherwise not only America will be gone, but everywhere else too. We need to all live together, so everyone can be happy.
