What do I tell them, is there anyway that I can still swim without using a tampon, if my flow is only light, can I still swim?? Please help!!

Why can't you use tampons? Since you're presumably young and inexperienced, you may find the "Slender regular" tampons will be easier to insert and more comfortable. I think Tampax and OB brands make these slightly smaller tampons.
I wouldn't suggest a pad or panti-liner in the pool. It would probably start to disintegrate in the water (they're not intended to get soaking wet). This would be really embarressing - pieces of pad in the pool - not good. If your flow is really light - more like the spotting during the last day of your period - you should be ok.

do u tink u cant use tampons because u are a virin or something? u can. its not going to break your hymen or anything, tampons are very thin, and u can even get extra thin junior ones. it doesnt hurt at all. i realize this info may be too late but still, dont be scared of using tampons, theyre so much better than pads.
and yes, ive noticed that the period stops in the water too. its not like your gonna see any blood coming out, just make sure to put a pad on as soon as u get out. dont just hang around the pool when u come out because it will start coming out again.

Why cant you use tampons? Try some different brands until you find one that works. There shouldn't be any reason that you cannot use them. If not I wouldn't advise you to swim while you are bleeding this is unsanitary and could be embarrassing for you if you leak and someone sees.

call and cancel the swimming ingredient such as your buddy. you may faux you're ill, or you may tell her the actuality. or you may want to enable her swim and also you sunbathe, poolside. OR, you may want to pass take matteris into your human being handsout and purchase some tampons your self or take a number of your mom/sister's tampons without them understanding.

do not use a pad it will just swell up like a diaper
why cant you use a tampon??
i would try to use one
if your mom doesnt allow it just tell your friends
that its your time and ask if they want to do something else
instead of swimming
im sure they will understand
or you could just wade without getting down there wet

If I wore you I would go for a swim with out anything before anyone comes over and see if you can see anything and if you don't see anything go for it and then when you are done hurry up and put on a pad.

Well, mine stops when i go into water, but that's me. If your friends are girls, they will understand. But if not, then just sit on the side, or use a LITTLE pantyliner. Or you can go in the pool before they get there....just to try it out.
