Bad intelligence? Their intelligence was the intelligence that was largely right in Iraq. The bad intelligence was the one sitting in Bush's brain. (and Cheney's, Rumsfeld's, Rice's, Feith's, Wolfowitz's,...)

Do you have any idea at all about intelligence work? The amount of data accumulated every day is like a mountain. Thousands of people work endlessly to try to sort through it and make sense of it. It isn't like a James Bond movie where it all falls into your lap. Much of it is uncertain and contradictory. You make your best guess at what you are given.
The democratic leadership (If that's what they call it) believed the Iraqi intelligence reports and voted to go in as well. Why do you people refuse to accept facts?

So long as the CIA is not broadcasting what it is doing, that is how long our country will be safe. I, for one, don't want our enemies to know how much we know about them.
Having our news media broadcasting CIA information is exactly what our enemies want us to do..

the CIA is so secretive and nobody knows what inside their operations , it might be at its worst than we thought

it was the twisting of that intell that was done...
