I am almost 33 weeks and I have a stabbing pain in left labia majora (the outer one, just in case people don't know) and I have had some stabbing abdominal pain a few times a day. I am pretty sure it is just round ligament pain in my abdomen, but I can not find any info on the labia pain.

No there is not any swelling or any other abnormalities than the pain.

I haven't done any reasearch to see where there is info about it, but I did have some shooting pains in that area with both of my pregnancies. I remember reading somewhere about it (or else I would have been worried, too!), but for the life of me I can't remember where I read it (maybe What to Expect When You're Expecting?)...
I'll go see if I can find anything and edit my answer if I find anything out!

I have taken care of a few women who had labial varicosities that caused them a lot of pain (varicose veins in the labia), you might have the doctor have a look at it on your next visit. Is there any swelling in the area?
