1.)Eat less. (limit your calories to around 1500.)
2.)Eat better. (no processed junk, sugar, white flour.... more veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean meat and fish. REAL food
3.)Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day---aerobic, high intensity.
There is no way you can do these 3 things and NOT lose weight. The challange is actually doing them. You'll lose about 1-2 lbs. a week. If you're losing more than that you're limiting your calories too much and losing muscle, not fat. SLOW is the way to go when it comes to weight loss. If you want to lose 2 sizes (16 to a 12) that's about 10 lbs. You should be able to lose that in about 2-3 months.

I did tai-bo (kickboxing aerobics) 3 days a week and went from a size 18 to a 12 in about 6 months. If there is not a gym that offers that you could buy a video and do it at home.

I would just excersise alot. But whatever you do, do not crash diet!

i guess you mean .. going on a diet ??? umm .. try a three-day diet plan .. just eat apples everyday and drink water ... and that's eat .. only and apples and water ...
