Y!A should do away with the "Email Notification" part while asking a question, since sometimes you forget and when you log in you think you have lots of emails only to find that they are answers to your quiz?
Happened to twice, i hate that gut feeling

You can turn off the notification, you know.

you could always choose to disable the email notification if you do not wish to receive any.

Actually you have the choice to not receive those emails. You just have to change it on your settings.
