What if they just suddenly stopped working for a long period of time or forever, how would the world change? What would it be like?

It would certainly be a big disruption but then we'd all just go back to living how we did before those things were invented.

Personally, I'd get a lot more done, instead of multi-tasking myself to death. I didn't have a computer in my house for about 4 years, I missed having my email but I got over that pretty quick.I had to CALL my friends, I heard their voices! I actually went OUT to the bookstore instead of just going to Amazon. And when I got home, I read those books!
And there wouldn't be so many relationships destroyed by internet porn, there would be one less way for pedophiles to find kids, no "bullying" on-line (a high school girl where I live killed herself because of on-line bullying). I think in a lot of ways, we'd be better off.

Most people would no longer be fat, there would be less young people acting stupid, there would be less crime, there would be more jobs for people, there would be less lazy people, people would get along with other people more. I think In general people would care about one another more then they do now. I also thing people would be a little or I should say alot smarter because learning would take the place of TV and Internet.

It would be a time to invent them again.People would die and starve for affection.Loneliness and despair who consume the planet and people all over the world would suffer. It would be like going back to horse drawn carriages instead of cars.Oh it's too painful to just try and think about it,,,stop,,stop,,no,no,,I don't want to go there......Peace!!

It would be like it was in the olden days. Like the days of our grandparents. back in the days of the great depression, and the early 1900's....and so on. For us we'd have it hard to adjust...but if it wern't ever here...then we wouldn't know what it was nor care. and everyone would probably be healthier...and not in front of the tv or computers all day.

We wouldn't have to have homosexuality or interracial dating shoved down our throats on a daily basis, that's a big plus.

Overall, we'd be better off.
