Can Brooke Shields sue that guy that took naked photos of her as a kid?

Yeah I know, they tried once, but the laws are more conservative now, so maybe they could get him on SOMETHING...

Between the whole "no double jeopardy" thing and the whole "no convicting people on laws passed after the fact" thing, nope. I guess she could SUE for just about anything but it wouldn't fly.
