Yes, beside Gianluca Zambrotta (Italy/ Barcelona).

These two wing backs are fast, tireless, and can help offense as well as defense. They can deliver good passes and crosses, and also can create goals. They can play at the left side as well as right side.

If I am given enough budget to build a Dream Team, I will make sure Lahm & Zambrotta are in my team.

Do not be offended but i may correct u by sayin dat u are wrong...Phillip Lahm showed that he scores goals, true...like the 3rd minute scorcher against Costa Rica last year in Germany? But Emmanuel Eboue is fast, crosses well and can oso score goals, as he showed in the Champions League on their way to the final he scored his first goal for Arsenal by whacking the ball from 30 yards out...
He also scored recently against a Premiership team...so I say that both are equally good, or Eboue is better...

you have a good call with lahm he is also an amazing talent he's NOT as fast as Eboue or as athletic but he's deffinatly a better defender not as good at attacking as eboue.Yes Lahm has scored goals mainly because he takes free kicks but also because the quality of d.bundusliga is not as high as the premiership. One thing Eboue has got over Lahm is many more assists because he's genrally a better crosser of the ball.
Although i'm an arenal fan iprobably would pick Lahm mainly because he can play right wing back left wing back right centre back right wing and left wing he's deffinatly more versatile.

Lahm is very good at running up the flanks, and is one of the best. Eboue is a better defender, but Lahm is better on the attack. I think Ashley Cole is the best at moving forward though.

No, I think he is a great player but not the best in the position. Sergio Ramos in Real plays good when he plays on the sidelines and if you go to Brazil or Argentina, you will see that attacking defenders are an everyday think. Sure, Lahm gets a lot of publicity; but he is not the best. He is good though.

scoring isnt the only part of attacking
there is setting up chances
assists
making space
etc.
so i would rate eboue as the best but lahm is one of the best

Eboue is. How does being shorter make Lahm better?

No. Materazzi is.

edit:
Well you asked me about who is the best in the world. Personally, I don't really liked the guy because he can really be a jerk often, but if you will just look at his performance right now, and just the performance, (not including the attitude) he's doing exceptionally well. He's racking up too many goals for a defender and he is playing a crucial part in Inter's great run this season. I'm not a fan of Materazzi, but his performance just shows the big difference. 'Hope you understand.

Lahm is very very good as he showcased in the Worldcup, but there are people like Ashely Cole, Maldani, Roberto Carlos out there. Another very interesting attacking full back is Portugal's Miguel
