It could be, however, you could also be attracted to women. I think the only way you'll ever find out is by experimenting. Oh, and getting out of that domestic violence situation. You don't deserve that, and neither does your ma'.
no one really knows WHY they're a lesbian. They just...learn to accept it, and move on with their lives. As should you.

That maybe a possibility, but before i get blasted, my partner was seriously abused both physically and sexually by her father when very young. She actually says that is why she is afraid of relationships with men and prefers women as the result.

No. perhaps if you hadn't had an abusive dad you'd only be bisexual but with or without an abusive father you'd still be somewhere on the Kinsey spectrum.
