No, on account of the fact that I do not own a dog. But I have two goldfish that I got for free from my biology teacher....their names are Earl and Nemo. They can't talk, though. They just swim around with long turds hanging out of their butts and popping the bubbles around the tank.

Mine talks to me all the time. It sounds more like singing sometimes, but he's very vocal and there's no doubt that he's speaking to me.

No my dog cant talk. i have never hears of a talking dog but i have heard of a talking cat.

thats cute but actually my dog does talk with his eyes and he nods his head so i almost always knnow what he wants weather its food water pee or bed he lets you know
