Tower of terror and Tentacool and Tentacruel. How much could i fetch for all on eBay? Or to people?

If they are home made copies I wouldn't put them up for sale on ebay at all. They actually have people scouring ebay for law breakers, which is what selling bootleg copies of copyrighted material is. If it is an actual studio produced DVD, put it up for more than you expect to get and list it with an "accept best offer" option and see what comes in, someone may actually give you your high price!

If they're that good of a quality, then probably around $40-$50 dollars each. I wouldn't recommend selling the 'Denno senshi Porygon' though. Unless you warn them. The person who buys it might not be aware why this episode had been banned.
