It really depends on the game and if you have the installation "package" on your HD or just the installed game.

some games when they install decompress into a directory then run the real installer routine out of that directory to make the Windows registry changes. You can find the setup.bat file in the appropriat directory for those. (Mostly fairly old games)

Most modern games... if you don't have the original CD, or a "Crack file"... you can't make a useable CD.

Hi. You can if the game came with an installation program. This can be copied to a CD (assuming it will fit the 600-800 MB limit).
