I'm going to go a different route than everyone else so far.
The Miami Dolphins. Both of the Quarterbacks they started this year are far from consistent. It is completely possible for Quinn to fall to the #9 pick or for them to trade up fi they think he is going to be taken. Admittedly there are other ways they can go. Ex: Their line. But having Culpepper and Harrington around is just a waste of cap space. Their defnse is pretty tough though aging. Taylor will be 33 and Thomas 34 this year. Later rounds they can pick up some depth for years coming up.

I have to agree with the AZ Cardinals. In place already was a talented RB, but a weak o-line. They also have a young, and developing QB with a top WR combo. The defense is much improved over recent years, and hopefully Rackers will bounce back from a somewhat rough year.
I'll look for them to add depth to the defense, and solidfy their o-line. With the high draft pick that they have, I have a feeling they'll definitely do that. Plus hopefully Wizenhut will go after London Fletcher-Baker in the free agency to help fill in his LB depth.

i think the team who will gain the most is the san francisco 49ers they have 12 picks in the draft and 8 of them in the first 4 rounds so wether they pick all 8 or trade some to move up they will def get some talent to help out their young team

The Raiders they have a good defense but no offense that can score points, a Brady Quinn would be the perfect answer to a struggling team.

i am going to be totally biased when i answer this but i also believe in our owner and the team and our new coach
STEELERS we need new centers ,kicker ,and guards i think art is going to get aggressive this year with his choices for the draft and we could only benefit from that i think he would like to see the only 6th ring out there before his time is out ( i don't mean to be rude or disrespectful but he went to high school with my dad my dada is 74) and he is not going to live for ever so sooner rather than later if we can get the guys we need there's no stopping us HERE WE GO STEELERS HERE WE GO a bit early sorry but i love my team

How about the Arizona Cardinals? With a horrible record they get good picks, and with a good QB and RB in place, they can build the rest of team up in the next few seasons.

the raiders. they are so bad the only direction they can go is up.
their defense is rock solid, so they can focus on offense. if the trade down and get picks and joe thomas, they might have a chance of being a pretender to the throne... of wildcard positioning.
which won't happen because al davis is a douchebag and a moron.

Buffalo Bills. They're finally starting to come into their own. J.P. Is starting to come to potential. This draft pick will fill a void where ever they needed it, possibly allowing them to put up a fight for the playoffs NEXT season.

Minnesota Vikings, Draft a WR, sign a QB and they are a play-off contender.
