You have to be 100% friends first then lovers and then yes they will give you the option to marry.

Both sims should be at 100 and the best friends should be above 50 both both male/female. Same for alien sims.

when you have a high relationship with the other sim you click propose...engagement. then the big screen will come up and show you if the other sim rejected or accepted.

invite her over, have supper waiting, eat watch television and propose. or purchase a polar undergo rug from decorations and placed it through a hearth position. press loosen up and communicate to her over. make out than upward push up and propose

well u should become friends with your mate at 100 and then the propose option should be avalible
