No. I sleep in a very dark, very cool, and very quiet bedroom. The heat vent is closed. The room has room darkening shades and I wear earplugs while I sleep.

No. But I do only when Im to lazy to turn it off. Or I just cant go to sleep I will live my little mirror light on.
