Please type properly. People do not want to take you seriously and some won't even take the time to read this. It also causes headaches.
You're mother may be right about it not being regular because of stress. It sounds to me like you are stressing because it was late for a bit, and then that stress caused it to be later still. How long have you been having your period? If you've just started it may take your body quite some time to adjust to these new hormones before becoming completely regular. I could say go to your doctor, or try birth control if this has been going on for more than a year or two. The BC can regulate the period and for some it can lessen the cramp pains. However, not knowing how old you are, how long you've been having your period, I cannot give you a better answer.

First things first here. This is not IM, and using the English language (since this is an English language board) as it's meant to be used will be greatly helpful to everyone, including yourself.
Now, if and only if I actually understand what you're think you're saying, there are some things that you need to understand.
First, stress can wreak havoc with your cycle. That's just the way it is.
Second, if your first period was within the last few years, then it's not the least bit unusual for your cycle to not be regular. For the first few years after menarche, your body is getting used to a new role and is figuring out how to be regular.
Third, believe it or not, most women's cycles do not run like clockwork. Just about every woman's cycle can be off by a day or so at any time, and for no apparent reason.
The only thing that not normal is not having a cycle.
You've done the right thing by talking with your mother. Now relax a bit and give yourself a break. If this continues, then talk with your mother about seeing your family doctor. Yes, your family doctor, not a GYN. Many times your family doctor can handle these things with no problems. If not, you will be referred to a GYN.
That idea may scare you a bit, but a visit to a GYN must include a pelvic exam. It should be a part of your annual physical. Don't skip it, as it can and does save lives, every day.
I'm giving you a some links about GYN visits, to help you to prepare for that first such visit, whenever it may be. And the trick to such visits and to such exams is to relax. Deep breathing exercises are great for that. That simply means that you breath in slowly, through your nose, and then just as slowly exhale, through pursed lips. Keep doing that any time that you feel tense and it will always help your body to relax. In fact, do it now as well.

My daughter is a virgin too. We put her on birth control to help the severe cramps and regulate her periods. There is a shot, where you own't have periods unless you don't take the shot every three months, easier to remember than a pill each day.

Maybe it's called Enomitriosis (sorry for spelling but then you should really be ashamed of yours!)
It's very common and you don't need to be sexually active to have this condition. Any decent doc can prescribe something to help minamise the pain it causes.
