You can try a silver polish that specializes in removing tarnish. I had some old silver that I needed to clean up, and got some from Walmart called Wrights Silver Creme. It is really good, and leaves a permanent shine. It's a soft gentle creme, and thats what you need for a ring, such as yours.

this is an old trick that my grandmother taught me, and it works,in most cases: brush baking powder on it. It shines it and helps to untarnish silver. It helped my ring after i took it into a swimming pool. good luck
