It's normal for harddisk to get full when you surf a lot, and you notice this a lot sooner when your harddisk is small to begin with.

Just clean your harddisk every once in a while. I use CCleaner myself, you can download it here: http://www.ccleaner.com/

When you run Windows, it creates system file (swap file, etc) it needs to run. If you keep running out of space it is because you are not leaning enough off your computer to allow Windows to create the files it needs. Because it can not correctly create them, it also can not delete them when it is shut down. So the hard drive completely fills up.

You need to either delete files, move some of your data (like music and videos) to CDs or DVDs, uninstall unneeded programs, etc. until you have at the very least 2 GIG of free space. It is recommended that you never let the drive get over 90% full. Otherwise it will not run right and you will have all kinds of problems with it.

My favorite program to keep my drive tidy and small is a free program called Ccleaner When I first ran it I save 13 gigs from a 80 gig hard drive. give it a try.

particular 211MB is peanuts , domicile windows desires extra area. Backup the records you like. Then do away with those partitions, 6 partitions on a 40GB force? that's ridiculous. You do this by ability of reformatting the stressful force for the time of the domicile windows setting up. And create only a million partition of 40Gigs. Then re-setting up domicile windows, Then no extra area concerns.

Hi. It's a good idea to run malware removal tools once a week or so to keep out the junk. Two free ones are Spybot and AdAware. You can also get rid of programs you do not use to free up space.

Maybe you need to reformat your whole computer (or get some more disk space). How long ago did you do that? I've heard people say it's best to do it every year or so.
