If you were supposed to report it (and why wouldn't you report it right away when it happened?) and you didn't.......you are out of luck. You could try to sue them, but without that incident report being filed you don't really stand a chance. But they might settle with you just to make you go away. Of course, you'll lose your job there if you try to sue.
