If you commit rape, you get 15 years to 20 years for the first time. If you commit rape on more then one woman, you get 15 to 20 years for every woman you rape. If you get caught a second time, 25 to 30 years, same role would apply, 25 to 30 years for every woman you rape. Life if you get caught a third time.

Yeah i do agree with it but if i had my way they would stay in there for life cause in most cases they will repeat the same offence.
