Since there are literally thousands of colleges and universities that have an Education major which prepares students for teacher certification, I have two suggestions for you.

First, if you know in which state you'd like to live after college, check out the colleges and universities in that state. They will offer the proper preparation for certification in that state.

Second, go to http://www.collegeboard.com
and use their "College Matchmaker" function. This will enable you to fill out an extensive questionnaire, identifying the qualities you seek in a college, and will produce a list of schools for you to explore. This function is most helpful if you know whether you will qualify for a highly selective college (demanding high SAT scores), or whether you should look toward less selective colleges (accepting lower SAT scores).

Best wishes to you.
