It is roughly 207 miles and driving time will be about 3 1/4 hours.

This route uses I80.

If your after a more scenic route, I would follow US Highway 11 right up to Lake Erie and connect with I90.
Follow it west, all the way around the Lake to Toledo.
I have done this drive and it is longer but far prettier.

I would say 3 hrs but if the rds r good. If there is snow then i would say around 4 hrs.
