Judging from your pic, you do not look like you should be allowed to adopt a child. And 18 is considered an ADULT legally , and a child is not made to COOK AND CLEAN your house......seriously, GROW UP!

Look in the yellow pages under house keepers. In the long run they would be cheaper any ways!
