im showing the movie inconvenient thruth. What kind of food do i serve. i think it should be mostly vegetarian.

Just tell your guests it's pot luck with the movie, and they should each bring whatever they'd like.
That always works out. Even if everyone brings pretty much the same thing, it doesn't matter.
Your job would be coming up with a table to put stuff on, and maybe some decorative things placed around. And some stuff to drink. Coffee and punch are always good. Hard stuff if you want, but make sure there's at least one or two things that don't have any booze in them.

Dude...screw vegetarian. Bar-B-Que always is the best if your hosting. But if it's a Potluck, don't you only need one dish by you as the others will provide what they think will be appropriate? Unless you had some rules or something that it should only be vegetarian. Either way, just have fun!
