All over this whole World there is no sufficient water for human beings or for animals, etc. I have myself gone to Karnataka and seen NO SUFFICIENT WATER for Karnataka inside Krishna Raja Sagar Dam. How can they supply water to other states when there is NO SUFFICIENT WATER for KARNATAKA itself.

Of all the water available on earth less than 1% is readily available for human use. Naturally there is a urge to grab this valuable resource.
The reason Karnataka not having enough water in Krishnarajasagar is they constructed dams on Kabini, Hemavathi etc on the tributaries upstream of Cauvery. They cannot intercept a natural river system depriving the downstream beneficiaries of their legitmate share - which they have been enjoying all through the ages.
If somebody can do like that, then all the infrastructure created in the d/s becomes redundant and waste. Better way is bring the entire river basin under a common authority and use the water in a planned manner by all the beneficiaries.

The world is covered with 2/3 water so to say there is no water is a misnomer. What is lacking is charity. Goodness of heart. Why keep resevoirs full when the farmers down the stream are having a tough time growing their crops. They have to pump water using electricity which is again generated by water in the dams, with considerable more effort and expense. At the outset itself could not sufficient water be released. This lacking charity of state governments is the root of the problem. Charity they say begins at home, in our own country, with each state government. Let us be free and charitable with each other first and God will give us abundant water. This may appear to be a hypothetical statement but have you noted the wealthy people in the world who are listed on the Forbes billionaires record. What do they have more that what I will have when they pass from this world. Six feet of burial space and maybe a monument over. What happens to their soul. Does it float to a higher level than the rest of humanity. No it merges into the cosmos; merges into eternity. As for their money, they cannot take it with them because it has only material value.
Take a balance. On one side place all your water as you have in your resevoir. The scale will tip down. You have all the water to yourself. Now take Charity and place it on the other side. Charity will tip the scale its side down and water will continue to flow. The monsoons will come in and resevoirs will fill to the brim.

Its not the people who fight for water but its the POLITICIANS who make then fight for it by manupulating the facts.
You might have seen people qued up at public taps for collecting water. Everyone (common people) follows the que sequence as each one in the que is aware of the requirement of others in the que. Even if there is water scaricity the quantity recieved per head is dropped proportionately to all.
But the problem arises as mentioned in your question, only when some politically minded people are inserted in the queue. They simply misrepresent the things on basis of quantity or quality or community or any criteria which suits their personal objectives and make people fight playing the GODFATHER / SAVIOR roles themselves. The result is the people who live in harmony with each other are vertically split and are pitted against each other and the so called SAVIORS / GODFATHERS make the most of such situations.
Even logically water flows from the origin of the river towards sea. Now consider a situation where all the North Indian States block the water in their states itself citing reasons of their own requirements (as majority of the rivers originate from the North Indian Hilly states) and simply say we do not care about the requirements of all those living beyond the boundaries of our state. Dont you think thats absurd.

Water is not there it is possible.Have u checked where the water has been wasted. The river dams get flooded when there is rainfall. The pipes which is used is for distributing water is broken or water thefting is done. For this who should be blamed the governement or the people who do this. Did u think about the people who does not have water at all have to walk for miles for a bucket of water with paying so much money. Did u think about them. I agree to u but some measures should be taken so all people get water.

Well known fact: there is not enough fresh water on earth for all of the people. This is a well know fact that most people don't seem willing to accept. They won't even acknowledge it! Among the other things that the world is running out of other than oil, that lovely stuff called fresh water. It is far more precious than oil but no one is ready to deal with the issue. They are more worried about the lack of oil than they are the very most important thing to sustain life; water. You can live up to 3 wks. without food but only 3 days without water! You can't drink oil! You can't grow food without water, not much grows in salt water that we eat, except fish, oysters, clams & scallops. Lets all start thinking about that for a change.

That is the main problem with Karnataka. You want to spare water, only when all your needs are satisfied. Tribunals are constituted only to apportion the available waster. They do it on some well recognised principles. It should be accepted.

Water mismanagement is the root cause of water shortage. A nation will be pushed in to chaos without proper water distribtion network. Unfortunately, Indian leaders are so thick skinned and senseless that they don't care.

over two thirds of the world is water my friend, and where there is no water on the surface there is always a good chance of water being underground. and with todays technology we can purify the ocean to make it drinkable.
however even though water is so vast it is also a valuable resource than can be easily missused & polluted.
in your case proper construction of irragation is the way to proper transport water to your province.
