No they don't play each other. Which brings up another question. In all the years now that there have been inter league play, why has the league scheduled every team to play every other team in at least a 3 game home and home series? It's not really inter league until every team in baseball has played every other team.

Unfortunately the Dodgers do NOT play the Red Sox this season (until/unless they both reach the World Series!)
The only AL teams scheduled for the Dodgers this year are the Angels, the Blue Jays and the Devil Rays. Go Blue!

No, sorry but they don't play this year, the Dodgers play the Angels, Blue Jays and Devil Rays 2 series against the Angels and Jays and 1 vs. the Rays in june during interleague games and the Red Sox play Arizona, Atlanta, San Diego, San Francisco and Colorado 1 series each.
