Well, if plugin it to your computer doesn't work, you might have to try the folowing: PS: For doing this remember to back up all the files on your ipod. Do the following:
Plug your ipod to your computer
Click Start, then all programs
Click ipod update
Then Click Restore Ipod to Factory Settings
When you do it all the files on your ipod will be deleted.

i have a I-Pod but its 4gigs and i dont think that that will matter. what do u mean by UNLOCK? u mean u cant connect it to ur computer and theres like an incription blocking u from from enterin? probally under settings. downlad the itunes servace and press F1 once u have it. it will be help that could help u.
