Danio fish eats what?

Question

I just got a new danio fish and I don't know what to feed it. Tetra tropical flakes, freeze dried blood worms, or something else.

Danios can be fed all of these. They like a little plant matter in their diets, so occassionally give them some flakes with spirulina or other algae. They are generally not picky eaters at all. If it floats they will eat it for the most part. Use flakes as the staple food and feed the a nicve variety of frozen an freeze dried foods and they will do quite well.

massive danios are NOTORIUS for nipping fins. do not hearken to the girl on the puppy save. I worked at petco for 7-8 years, and that i visit allow you to recognize that petco workers do no longer recognize what they're conversing about. i replaced into the in elementary words human being who had adventure. if you're going to save the danios, they opt to be in faculties of a minimum of five.

The Danio is a tropical fish so anything tropical would work... Try a few things out to see what he prefers. Also, check these sites for care sheets....

My danio's eat tropical fishflake, freeze dried & frozen blood & tubefex worms, algae off rocks, baby brine shrimp, even hard boiled egg yolk. They are not picky.

well all the answers here show that danjos eat fish flakes...but i had a danjo and all it ate was algue. maybe something is wrong with my fish :P
