Computer speakers?

I have a Dell Demensions 2400 computer, the speakers are shot and I know that my mom is getting a new computer and is getting rid of her old one (an old brand called Micron) could I just use her speakers or do I have to buy new ones?

You should be able to use her speakers no problem.

More than likely if they have same hookup.Or just buy new set not all that expensive under $10.00.
