I wonder how *HE* would respond if someone used the same lines as him, but substituted "black people" for every one of his references to "gay people"...
I don't feel angry towards him, just sorry for him. Yet another example that because someone can perform an athletic task does not ensure they possess an IQ or EQ above 50...

His voice, language and grammar was so ignorant and truly uneducated, I really think he did more for the gay rights cause. It just shows the true mindset that opposes gay rights.

He'll probably end up going to "rehab" like the rest of them. I think he's a closet queen who can't accept himself being gay so he lashes out at other gay people. How else to explain it? How does he feel when groups like the KKK spout their racist hatred? It would be awesomely hypocritical for a person to denigrate a group of people but take offense when someone does the same thing to their group.

I've heard that there is suspicion that he might have been under the influence of something -- similar to Mel Gibson (perhaps not that extreme with the usage, though). As for getting the award of the month, yeah, and maybe even for the entire year.
