I heard and read somewhere online that the Earth's Magnetic Force is to flip every 200,000 years on average but the last was about 750,000 years ago and scientists believe that one will happen soon! If it does happen soon, what sort of effect would it have on the Earth and humans (us) and does global waming have anything to do with the magnetic force flipping?

Edit: It seems almost everyone has answered the effect would be reverse: the Earth's magnetic field flipping would have an effect on global warming. Then if so, what sort of effect's would there be and could the Earth's magnetic field now and currently slowly flipping have to do with the reasoning of why our Earth's temperature has rised so much and is blamed on Global Warming?
