I view the elimination of these terrorists much the same as I'd approach keeping crabgrass out of my lawn.
I'm not so naive as to believe that I'll ever totally eradicate crabgrass. Nor am I a Pollyanna who says "what's so bad about crabgrass in my lawn? Let's just be nice to it and make a spot for it. Maybe it'll stay put".
No... I want to kill as much of the crabgrass as I can, before it destroys my own beautiful lawn. So I put down the weedkiller on my own lawn. But I know that if I stop there, the crabgrass will keep coming back. So I sit down with my neighbors and convince them that their lawns would look better if we work together to eliminate these despicable weeds.
It ain't easy, but it seems like it has a chance to succeed. There's only one potential problem. My newly-elected town council thinks that weedkillers are uncivilized and they want to force me to stop using them! They think we should try to learn to appreciate crabgrass rather than hate it.
Should I be worried... after all, they say they still support green lawns and that their anti-weedkiller statement is only a "non-binding resolution"?

You get it, a great number of people who are resolved and supportive of this war get it, I get it - but there's a lot of people who just can't seem to grasp the resolve of these psychos to kill all of the infidels and initiate their own interpretation of Islam and sharia law.
I'm afraid if we don't defeat this demented ideology now, once and for all, we will only confront a better armed, better equipped and better organized alQaeda later. The choice is ours.
