More likely because hybrid drivers tend to be on the left side of the political spectrum, and also probably a younger crowd. It seems to me that if you did a venn diagram of young, liberal people, there would be a big overlap with people who have tattoos.

I believe that a hybrid driver would be less likely to get a tattoo. Since they care about the environment, they may care about themselves.

Ooooh good question. I'd say more likely. Here's my train of thought:

Hybrid car = better for environment = liberal driver = more likely to engage in self expression such as tattoo art.
