I'm looking for a necklace (pearls, silver, whatever) that's under $60 and looks nice. I'm giving it to someone I know.

i love www.redenvelope.com. they have amazing jewlery for really reasonable prices & they are great quality. my husband bought me some pearls from there for christmas, and we got his mom a birthstone necklace for her birthday for about $45. check it out!

whats your question? if youre asking where to get it, look around in department stores that are nearby. i would try macys or jcpennys.
