You're definitely going too rough on yourself, or as one of the posters said, you may need a lubricant, especially if you're going very rough on yourself.
I'm assuming that you're having trouble sliding back your foreskin, which although it only happens on a few guys, it happens, unfortunately. If that is the case, you have to stretch it back. When you shower slide it back as much as you can and wash underneath it (it should only take a few seconds, just like with any body part). Eventually it'll slide back more and more. I had this issue a few years ago and once that got fixed (did it myself with stretching) I have never had any other complaints. Best of luck, and take it easy; you're supposed to enjoy it!

You may have a tight foreskin, and you may simply be playing too hard. Use a good quality water-based personal lubricant to reduce the friction.

your foreskin is too tight you need to stretch it.use your fingers and a glansie and topical steroids.
