people are generally stressed out shopping on the way to and from work and should dig themselves better... but the old retired or the lazy schmucks on disability who are nasty should go F*CK themselves

Usually self centered customers usually have low self esteem. They get treated like **** at work. So what do they do when they get to the supermarket they diss the cashier or customer service worker to feel good. Also its out of ignorance because these people have never worked in supermarkets so they dont understand how a register can run out of tape or freeze, they just assume that the cashier messed it up. Plus some people dont really have time they work like 60 hours a week and they dont want to be stuck waiting in line. Generally I think people dont intend to be mean and self centered they are letting their frustration get the best of them.

Please keep cool and pray it's a pity for them. I know what you mean, it's simply about how civilized, educated they are. Being polite and modest is always appreciated worldwide, therefore, whenever you meet such rude people, they deserve some good attention or advice from the security guards or the managers or the owners of the said supermarkets.
I wonder why such people don't behave like superhuman beings since they are in such supermarkets. Unless they can shop politely, they should shop somewhere else more suitable to their behaviors.

they are stressful awful places where the queue move too slowly because they never pay for enough staff to cope and children start screaming because they can't have this or that and get fed up waiting, and parents get hassled and other people don't like being there.

its the character of the person per se....if they are impolite or rude by nature, it could be something to do with upbringing, manners or they are just plain uncivilised....they readily loose control and let off their steam to the "poor recipient readily at hand"

because they don't want to be shopping, they want to be home. they are not considering your feelings, they only want to buy their stuff and leave. not saying they're right to be rude, but THEY aren't there to be poilte...YOU are.
i hate customer service jobs. takes a special person to work with the public.

Cos, if you all just lost some weight and started wearing makeup, short skirts instead of baggy trousers and not making mistakes, you would be attractive and we would all be nice to you.
