i need to improve my strength and endurance so i can qualify for state

i need t to do the same. lift weights but dont overload on a spefic muscle mix it up this site www.nutristrategy.com can help you with that also as for endurance, run about 3 miles one day then do sprints the next a little bit of both the next day and so on. have a different workout everyday. also take some kind of martial arts class it will help your muscles, endurance and speed dramatically

A small workout I do to build and keep stamina is bench hops. Find a weight lifting bench you can easily clear without hitting it, and jump it(side to stde) for as many reps as you want. This exercise is great if its a bad day and I can't go jogging.
